Notice for China-bound Travelers (Updated January 16, 2023)

According to the interim measures on cross border travel issued by Chinese Government on December 27, 2022, under the background of novel corona-virus infection being managed as Class B infectious disease in China, passengers traveling to China are required to take nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before boarding, and only those with negative results are allowed to travel to China.

To ensure health safety of international travel, starting from 17 January 2023 (local time), airlines operating flights to China will be responsible for checking passengers' certificates of nucleic acid test before boarding. China Customs will conduct random checks on the certificates upon passengers’ arrival.
